Objective: To integrate the new University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) branding guidelines with UCLA Recreation.
The recreation department oversees all recreational facilities, provides classes, educational programs, and manages events to essentially promote a healthy lifestyle.
We developed branding guidelines that were applicable to the eight sub-units of Recreation that we managed and still made them identifiable with the larger UCLA campus. Re-branding provided an opportunity to reevaluate and redesign all of our previous materials, and to also develop our marketing strategies.
